"Barrie and Zoe cared for our pets for nearly five weeks and we have nothing but praise for them. Our dog Amii has health issues and they went beyond the call of duty in finding different ways to help her. They sent us regular updates with photos and videos. At all times we felt completely reassured. On return the house was immaculate, the car cleaned and most importantly there were two well cared for pets.
They also helped out daily with the local Humane Society which was greatly appreciated."

"Barrie and Zoe house sat for me at late notice. I selected them due to their glowing previous references and as they had experience of caring for the more mature dog. They arrived promptly, gave Kipp, my 16 yr old Jack Russell, lots of attention and made a connection very quickly. " Barrie and Zoe volunteered with the Cayman Islands Humane Society during the months of July and August 2017. They would spend 3-4 hour of their time with us and our dogs every day.
They show up every morning on time eager to take several of our dogs for long walks, socializing with them, teaching them basic obedience and giving them cuddles and treats
We always rely on volunteers to walk our dogs, some of them come once a week others only come couple of times a month. We can only wish for more people like Barrie and Zoe, because they truly made a difference in the lives of the dogs"

"We have known Barrie and Zoe for more than ten years. They are honest, reliable, competent and self-starters.
We have entrusted them, in the past, with looking after our Holiday Letting complex in the Cotswolds. This entails welcoming and settling-in groups of friends or family of up to 15 people, explaining how the complex works, sorting out any initial queries, attending to any problems that might arise during their stay and ensuring that the guests are able to enjoy themselves.
Barrie has, in addition, considerable building and maintenance skills. He is very capable of correcting most problems, from replacing handles to roofing repairs. He is also a skilled painter and decorator.
We would not hesitate to employ them in the future, if we were in need of assistance."

"Barrie and Zoe have carried out the Maintenance, Gardening, and Cleaning on 22/23 Montpelier Row for 4 years, having initially secured the freehold for all 12x Leaseholders they are essential to the smooth running of the building.
They have a vast array of skills and has yet to come up against a problem that they have not resolved. As onsite building manager/Caretaker Barrie has investigated and fixed roof leaks, unblocked pipes, painted hallways and carried out some electrical work. He is very motivated and hard-working, always carrying out a quality job to a budget. He is always available to meet contractors whenever necessary at any time, day or night
As part of their responsibilities, Barrie and Zoe have completely transformed the half acre gardens from an overgrown wilderness to a beautiful manicured lawn with abundant borders again all on a very tight budget. Planting over 200 new shrubs in the process. They are also responsible for the cleaning of the 2 main internal areas, keeping these up to the high standard that reflects the building.
Aside from all their duties they go above and beyond, using initiative to give a very tired Georgian building a complete internal overhaul bringing it back to the standard of decoration more fitting to its period.
During their time at Montpelier Row they have stopped flooding in the top floor apartment due to a burst pipe preventing more extensive damage, Barrie has managed gas leaks, fire alarm issues, removed fallen trees due to storm damage, on many occasions have helped owners gain access into their apartments after getting locked out, replacing locks, keeping pathways clean, lit and ice free in the winter months
Barrie and Zoe are very pleasant, trustworthy, responsible and liked by all the residents and contractors. They are very approachable and always eager to find solutions keeping everyone happy, and most importantly, always keeping to the budget.
